64 Channel Scanner Interface
Applications

  • Functional test systems
  • Durability test systems
  • Manufacturing end line test systems
  • Two point measurements (Millivolts etc.)
  • Low current switching
  • Multiplexed output
Advantages

  • Easy to use architecture
  • Affordable price
  • Extremely versatile
  • Minimum system design requirements
  • Input and Output boards can be connected
together using a single computer card.
Functions

  • 64 individually controlled double pole relays
  • 1 amp outputs switching  2 lines in parallel
  • Uses (4) 16 channel scanner boards
  • An led indicator board on the front panel tells the
user which board and   which relay are active
  • 7 address bits and 1 strobe bit allow for 127
    boards possibilities
  • Fully compatible with all other series 2002 HUB
    products
  • 2 DB37 pin connectors on rear of panel offer
direct pinout to the Keithley-Metrabyte and
Computerboards 24 bit PIO ISA plugin computer
    board
  • Input and output devices can be connected to
    same control bus
Specifications

  • Digital input to control logic
  • Relay outputs 1 amp @ 24VDC and 0.5 amps @    125VAC
  • Maximum switch voltage 60VDC
  • Maximum current 1.25 amps AC or DC
All boards  are designed with cmos technology to minimize the power consumption. In addition there
is total isolation between the computer and the device under test.
